About Catholic Women’s League of Victoria Inc.

Catholic Women’s League of Victoria Inc. is a Catholic women’s association whose spirituality, formation, and communal life are rooted in the teachings of the Catholic Church. The League was founded under the name Catholic Women’s Social Guild in the Melbourne Archdiocese in 1916 by a group of young Catholic women whose aim was to bring about change in world affairs through prayer and action.
